Watch as Madison's Capitol Square is transformed into a winter wonderland with ice and snow sculptures, tubing hill and snowboard rail jam, World class cross country ski racing, and snowshoeing venues during this weekend-long event on February 13-15, 2009. This activity-filled event has family oriented activities, special events at the museums, public open skiing and more. This year, there will be again an attempt to break the World Record at the US100 meter sprint event.
